Do you offer EXHANGES/RETURNS?

No. All Sales Are Final.

 

Can I change my order once I have placed it?

When will my package be delivered?

Order are processed within 2 business days of placing your order. This time frame does not include transit time. All orders are shipped via USPS.

I’m an International customer (OUTSIDE USA). Do I have to pay taxes, duties, and customs fee?

Yes, you are responsible for any fees, duties, and or taxes required by customs as well as shipping cost.

 

I have not received my order confirmation. Did my order process?

Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact us at judithcejas@gmail.com if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase. You should also check your SPAM email, as some emails may be filters by your email provider.

  

How do I find out about new products and restocks?

Subscribing to our mailing list at the bottom of the page you will receive information on new products and restocks.

 

Can I reserve items by adding them to my cart?

Items cannot be reserved by holding them in your cart. Product availability is extremely limited and therefore may sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are completed in the order they are received.

 

Do I need to setup an account to place an order?

No, but by setting up an account it will give you access to receive upcoming promotions and information on your order.
